Responsibilities:

    • Provide customer education on services via phone or email, helping to determine the most appropriate solutions to meet client needs
    • Offer technical support and guidance on testing plans while maintaining ongoing communication throughout the project lifecycle, including thorough documentation of all client interactions
    • Collaborate with internal team members to assess the feasibility of client requests
    • Review applicable testing standards and technical drawings to support project planning
    • Prepare detailed service proposals and follow up on quotes or inquiries to ensure timely responses
    • Represent the organization at industry events and conduct on-site facility tours as needed
    • Participate in seasonal or location-specific operational preparations (e.g., weather-related readiness)

Required Skills and Experience:

    • Associate’s degree or higher in a scientific field (such as Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or related discipline)
    • At least 3 years of experience in customer service, with a focus on written communication
    • Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
    • Proficient with computers, including working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with attention to detail in documentation
    • Basic understanding of algebra and geometry
    • Familiarity with professional communication and business etiquette
$18 - $22 an hour
