Responsibilities:
- Provide customer education on services via phone or email, helping to determine the most appropriate solutions to meet client needs
- Offer technical support and guidance on testing plans while maintaining ongoing communication throughout the project lifecycle, including thorough documentation of all client interactions
- Collaborate with internal team members to assess the feasibility of client requests
- Review applicable testing standards and technical drawings to support project planning
- Prepare detailed service proposals and follow up on quotes or inquiries to ensure timely responses
- Represent the organization at industry events and conduct on-site facility tours as needed
- Participate in seasonal or location-specific operational preparations (e.g., weather-related readiness)
Required Skills and Experience:
- Associate’s degree or higher in a scientific field (such as Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or related discipline)
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service, with a focus on written communication
- Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proficient with computers, including working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with attention to detail in documentation
- Basic understanding of algebra and geometry
- Familiarity with professional communication and business etiquette
$18 - $22 an hour
