Looking for an Experienced Welder in the Baldwin, FL Area. This position is a Direct Hire role, candidates must be able to pass background and drug test and all candidates must have a valid drivers license. All employees are subject to random Drug and Alcohol tests.
Prefer Candidates to have a background in Construction or Manufacturing Environments in a Welding Capacity, with a thorough understanding and practice all regulatory and OSHA protocols and Safety Guidelines.
Candidates will be subject to a 6G Welding Certification test - if they do not posses the certification already.
Overtime will be available as this position is Non-Exempt.
Requirements / Skills:
- Proven experience as a Welder, preferably in a similar role.
- Proficient in Arc, Gas, Mig, and Tig welding techniques.
- 6G welding certification preferred.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and welding process specifications.
- Familiarity with various welding equipment and tools.
- Strong attention to detail and quality of work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Candidates are preferred to have their own hand tools (grinders, etc.).
- Physical stamina and dexterity to work in various positions and environments.
