We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. This role involves representing clients in various legal proceedings, including trials, hearings, and arbitrations, across a wide range of industries. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in all phases of litigation, including pre-trial, trial, and post-trial, with a proven ability to manage complex cases and deliver favorable outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead litigation efforts, managing cases from initiation to resolution.
- Represent clients in court, depositions, arbitrations, and mediations.
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents such as motions, pleadings, and discovery responses.
- Develop and execute litigation strategies based on case evaluation.
- Advise clients on legal risks, strategies, and case progress.
- Negotiate settlements and other dispute resolutions where applicable.
- Prepare evidence, coordinate witnesses, and organize case materials for trial.
- Manage all aspects of trial preparation and present arguments in court.
- Draft trial briefs, conduct discovery, and assist in post-trial motions and appeals.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to manage cases efficiently.
$150,000 - $200,000 a year
