Duties
- Provide regular personnel management including clear communication of goals and expectations while ensuring compliance.
- Review and approve team members' work packages.
- Support development of electrical architectures that meet new product goals, and propose new technological approaches to overcome limitations.
- Assess quality of designs and qualification (test) plans.
- Develop best practices and standardization for electrical engineering tools and processes.
- Support Sustaining Engineering, Service, and Sales teams to analyze and resolve warranty issues and customer feedback.
- Participate in Material Review Board (MRB) investigations.
- Control Configuration Management of products.
Requirements
- 4+ years of electrical engineering experience is required.
- Bachelors degree or 8+ years of experience is required.
- High level of troubleshooting and leadership role in manufacturing is required.
$120,000 - $125,000 a year
