Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for managing and growing client relationships and driving event-related sales. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the events industry, excellent communication skills, and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive sales for event-related services and event software, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Event Sales Execution: Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to promote our solutions and close deals.
- Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Identify and qualify leads through prospecting, outreach, and follow-ups to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Negotiation & Contract Management: Prepare and negotiate contracts, proposals, and pricing structures to secure new business.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product development, and customer support) to deliver exceptional service and solutions to clients.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance and client engagement, leveraging CRM tools to track interactions and opportunities.
