Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Master Electrician Manager to lead our electrical team, ensuring high-quality service, safety, and efficiency in all commercial electrical projects. This role requires a hands-on leader with deep technical knowledge, strong business acumen, and the ability to manage and mentor a team of electricians while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all electrical operations for commercial projects, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of electricians and apprentices to enhance performance and professional growth.
- Plan, schedule, and assign work tasks, ensuring timely and cost-effective project completion.
- Conduct inspections, troubleshoot electrical issues, and implement solutions while adhering to industry codes and safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with national, state, and local electrical codes, as well as OSHA and company safety policies.
- Assist in budgeting, estimating, and forecasting costs for electrical projects.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure seamless execution of electrical work.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including work orders, permits, and compliance reports.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Ensure the proper maintenance and operation of electrical tools and equipment.
$120,000 - $200,000 a year
This position includes base salary and commission.
