Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Commercial Plumbing Project Manager with at least 1 year of commercial plumbing experience to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of plumbing projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial plumbing systems, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to effectively manage timelines, budgets, and teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of commercial plumbing projects, from pre-construction planning to project closeout.
- Review blueprints, specifications, and project documents to ensure accurate implementation of plumbing systems.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Oversee site activities to ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company quality expectations.
- Track project progress, prepare reports, and address any issues or delays promptly.
- Manage procurement of materials, tools, and equipment for plumbing installations.
- Conduct regular project meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
