Field Service Desk Technician
As a Field Help Desk Technician, you will play a pivotal role in providing seamless IT support. In this dynamic position, you’ll dedicate 75% of your time to a key customer site, delivering exceptional help desk and deskside assistance. Your expertise will be essential in resolving user issues, troubleshooting hardware and software problems, and ensuring a positive user experience. The remaining 25% of your time will be spent managing service desk tickets at the central location. This dual role offers a unique blend of onsite customer interaction and centralized support, making you a vital link in our commitment to outstanding IT service delivery

    • Requirements
    • MSP help and/or service desk experience
    • 2+ years of help desk or service desk experience
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with end-users 
    • Solid understanding of Windows desktop operating systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
    • Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft 365 applications, including proficiency in troubleshooting and configuring Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams for optimal user experience.

    • Professional IT Certifications (at least one), such as: MCP, CompTIA Net+, ITIL v4 Foundations preferred.
