Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Scientific Support Representative to join our growing team. This individual will provide product and technical support to customers in the scientific community. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in any area of science and possess a passion for problem-solving, communication, and delivering exceptional customer service. This is a 3.5 month contract to hire.

Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries related to scientific products (e.g., reagents, equipment, lab supplies, software, etc.)
    • Provide accurate and timely technical support via phone, email, or live chat
    • Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical or product-related issues
    • Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams
    • Educate clients on product features, usage, and best practices
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services through training and collaboration with R&D and Sales teams
    • Assist in the creation and review of support materials including FAQs, manuals, and help documents
    • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in support processes and customer satisfaction
$16 - $22 an hour
