Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with a strong commitment to helping individuals and families cope with various challenges and improve their quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Provide counseling and support services to individuals, families, and groups.
- Connect clients with appropriate resources and services, such as healthcare, housing, and financial assistance.
- Advocate for clients' rights and access to services.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community organizations to coordinate care and support for clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Stay informed about social work best practices and relevant laws and regulations.
$50,000 - $65,000 a year
