As a Business Technology Consultant, you will collaborate with clients to identify their technological needs, design tailored solutions, and implement strategies to enhance their business operations.
Duties
- Remote majority of this position but will go to client's site about 2 times a week with gas reimbursed by mileage.
- Consult on using business intelligence data for predictive analytics and facilitating implementation of technology.
- Function as an operational strategic facilitator fundamental to the efficiency and effectiveness of the teams supported requiring strong knowledge and understanding of technology operations, product models, annual planning, and budget insight.
- Uses analytical frameworks/templates and visuals to aid business stakeholders in the identification, prioritization, structuring, and resolution of complex business problems.
- Participates in the design of and/or conducts training on new process initiatives
- Produces implementation plans for new functionality or process improvements, including development of business cases, action plans, communication and adoption/change management activities
- Develops and delivers presentations to business partners and executives, focusing on key messages and anticipating/answering questions clearly
Requirements
- 8+ years of IT related experience is required.
- Reliable transportation is required. (reimbursed for mileage wen traveling to client site)
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Experience with Managed Service Provider (MSP) is highly desired.
- Proven project management skills, including ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines; ability to deal with unstructured problems and drive optimal business outcomes.
$100,000 - $110,000 a year
