La Victoria Lab is a small multidisciplinary group of creatives who use human-centered innovation to improve the lives of Peruvian families. Partnering with design consultancy IDEO, we help Intercorp – Peru's largest business conglomerate – to reshape its companies and rethink their future. 


As People Coordinator, you’ll have the opportunity to work along the Head of People & Operations on diverse functions related to talent and culture at La Victoria Lab. For us, our people are our main asset, thus we’re committed to make talent management one of our strategic priorities.


    • Make sure La Victoria Lab is attracting the best talent to fulfill its purpose 
    • Continuous talent scouting and mapping of new potential hires
    • Orchestrate strategic recruiting processes, coordinating interviews and assessments according to the jobs role, and providing feedback for continuously evolving the process.
    • Manage and organize talent data for easing decision making
    • Lead management of performance review processes for all labbers
    • Contribute on diverse talent and culture initiatives
    • Manage and organize talent data for easing decision making
    • Manage learning mechanisms: budget, project sharebacks, trainings, among others
    • Articulate efforts for communicating our EVP (media, brand management and events)


    • You have a passion for working on creative organizations, influencing people's role and performance.

    • You are extremely proactive and a multi-tasker.
    • You are highly adaptable and feel comfortable in ambiguous and always-changing contexts.
    • You are a highly reliable and ethical person, with strong core values.
    • You are highly communicative and have a contagious positive vibe.


    • You have a degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent (but you don’t mind crossing disciplinary boundaries).
    • You have at least 2 years of professional work experience in human resources.
    • You are able to discuss and defend your ideas fluently in both Spanish and English (English is the official language of La Victoria Lab, since we work with IDEO designers all year long).
