We’re looking for a Quality Inspector who’s passionate about precision and wants to play a key role in building the infrastructure of modern manufacturing. You’ll be hands-on in a dynamic, cross-functional environment helping us deliver quality at speed.
What You’ll Do:
- Inspect composite parts, molds, and tooling—both for internal use and customer delivery
- Document and report findings clearly for internal teams and external stakeholders
- Support and improve our Quality Management System (AS9100-style)
- Perform receiving inspections and verify incoming materials meet spec
- Track and document non-conformances and coordinate rework and disposition
- Input inspection data into our MES (Matrix) and help refine our digital tools
- Collaborate with production, software, and engineering to raise quality and reduce defects
What We’re Looking For:
- Be awesome! Be the kind of person you want to work with!
- A sharp eye for detail and a high standard for precision and consistency
- Hands-on experience with inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
- Comfortable reading engineering drawings and applying GD&T
- Familiar with AS9100 or similar QMS standards
- Able to clearly document and communicate quality issues
- Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities
Preferred:
- 3+ years in quality/inspection in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Familiar with 3D surface scanning, Verisurf, or similar tools
- Experience with MES, ERP, PLM, or QMS platforms (Matrix, Jira, NX, NetSuite, etc.)
- Know how to handle First Article Inspections from start to finish
$25 - $45 an hour
Compensation and Benefits:
Hourly Range: $25 – $45 per hour. Final compensation is based on your experience, skills, and what you bring to the table.
