The West Schuylkill Location Pastor is primarily responsible for building teams, leading teams, and developing community by working and connecting with the people of Hegins and the West Schuylkill Valley.
You will collaborate with the Expansion Team (Director of Community Gatherings and Community Groups) to develop strategies for how our ministry meets people where they are and empowers them to fully follow Christ. Through those strategies we want to assist people in taking their next step with Jesus.
West Schuylkill is one of multiple LCBC (Lives Changed by Christ) locations throughout the state of Pennsylvania. In this role, you will bring LCBC’s mission to life in the local community, and be driven by creating environments where life change happens.

Responsibilities
- Plug into key local organizations to establish a network of movers and shakers throughout the community.
- Continue to grow key areas like kidMinistry, Guest Experience, Next Steps, Student Ministry, and Production.
- Empower the lead team of volunteers to do the work of the ministry – continue to give away responsibilities, then teach and guide that team to do the same.
- Learn people's names and stories, both in and outside of LCBC. Invest in building relationships with others.
- Move people to take their next step in their relationship with Jesus.
- Lead a healthy life and healthy team.

- Can articulate an identifiable salvation experience and lives out a pattern of spiritual development and regular participation at LCBC.
