Make sure you have the following: 1) An unedited, two minute YouTube video of yourself sharing why you're interested in participating in the DEVELUP Production Program and why you feel working at LCBC Church is a great next step for your journey. 2) Two references: One reference should be a current or former employer or professional reference who can give their support and share why you would be a good fit for our DEVELUP program.
