The Digital team exists to serve LCBC’s Ministries by developing technology solutions that help support and move our mission forward while creating visually engaging and effective digital experiences that provide value to our Attendees. 
 
The Interactive Product Manager will lead the discovery, requirements, and delivery process for attendee-focused projects and experiences at LCBC. This will be accomplished through serving in a triad of Digital Team members represented by engineering, design, and production management focused on prioritizing and executing projects focused on attendee experiences. the Interactive Product Manager is accountable for contributing meaningful contributions to the attendee experience that propel our mission of introducing people to Jesus and together fully following Him.

You'll Contribute to Life Change By:

    • Lead the interactive team to ensure we are achieving our best work.
    • Becoming a subject matter expert in the myriad of attendee-focused experiences and technologies: Mobile App, Rock RMS, website, email and video.
    • Provide strategic leadership to projects related to the LCBC App.
    • Collaborating with the Digital Director and Project Manager on Interactive project priorities and provide feedback to prioritize projects.

Skills Needed to Succeed:

    • Must be strong in the areas of verbal and written communications.
    • Ability to identify end-user needs and how to use technology to turn them into software experiences.
    • Has a proven track record of using technology to solve problems creatively.
    • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and a high level of integrity and dependability.
    • Knowledge about industry-standard best practices.
    • Passionate and comfortable working in a highly collaborative, team-based environment.
    • Bachelor's Degree, or 1 - 5 years of relevant, work-related experience as a Product Manager.
