The Role

As the growth & partnerships lead, you will own the full-lifecycle partner relationship. You will identify new opportunities to drive partnership growth as well as manage existing partnerships to drive consumer growth. You are energized by working with and creating long-term relationships with external partners. You also thrive driving complex workstreams that require cross-functional engagement. You will help define and differentiate our products by creating exceptional experiences for our partners and consumers.


    • Own the entire GTM function including partnerships, growth and marketing initiatives
    • Develop & execute a strategy and process for managing a portfolio of partners including sourcing, negotiating, signing and launching deals
    • Manage & cultivate partner relationships pre and post-sales cycle to drive growth objectives such as increased consumer awareness, conversion and activity
    • Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive new GTM motions
    • Provide a strategic business and partnership perspective to internal teams


    • Strong experience leading and executing all GTM functions to drive business growth
    • Demonstrable experience in creating new partnership opportunities & managing a full lifecycle pipeline
    • Track record in managing complex partnerships and maintaining relationships at senior executive-levels
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Bonus Points

    • Technology, payments, fintech, marketplaces, payroll or HRM software experience preferable
    • Startup experience, or experience thriving in an unstructured, ambiguous environment
    • Experience managing and scaling a team
