We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Contract Administrator to join our Legal/Finance team. The Contract Administrator will own critical contract work streams, collaborate internally with cross-functional teams and externally with customers, making a big impact on the growth of our business.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

    • Own the contract life cycle from initial request through negotiation, approval, and execution process, incorporating feedback from any stakeholders
    • Be responsible for preparing and revising contracts, amendments and other approved legal documents using established contract templates and guidelines
    • Analyze contract requirements, obligations and risks, escalating to attorney team, leadership, and/or other internal stakeholders, as needed
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, finance, legal and implementation teams on time-sensitive projects and agreements
    • Be the point person to resolve contractual billing issues with accounts receivable team
    • Partner with the legal team in the management, day-to-day administration and execution of contracts
    • Identify, design, and implement additional processes to increase efficiency and  scalability
    • Ensure general inquiries and requests for information from internal stakeholders (e.g. go-to-market sales, legal, finance, commercial ops, and sales ops) and customers are responded to in a timely manner
    • Drive to completion additional cross-functional projects as assigned
    • Review, update, and maintain contract templates

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

    • BA/BS degree or equivalent years of related experience
    • Minimum 3 years contracts administration experience
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build working relationships with all levels of the organization (i.e. someone who is a delight to work with!)
    • Experience drafting, negotiating, and advising on contracts, including master services agreements, statements of work and sales orders
    • Competence in legal/commercial terms relevant to SaaS contracts and statements of work
    • General knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
    • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
    • Attention to detail
    • Strong organizational and project management abilities
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong working knowledge of G-Suite and Microsoft Office Suite

    • Proficiency with DocuSign and Salesforce

$70,000 - $95,000 a year
The offered base salary will reflect careful consideration of a number of factors, including your location, skills and qualifications, prior relevant experience, internal equity and market conditions. This range may be modified in the future.
