LeanTaaS is looking for a digital marketer to join the Demand Gen team who is dynamic, creative, and has a proven track record of executing effective programs to hit engagement, pipeline and revenue goals. This role will manage integrated marketing programs with a focus on SEO,  email marketing, webinars, virtual events, and direct mail.

    • Successfully execute SEO tactics, including ongoing evaluation of keywords, optimizing pages, backlink strategy, campaign performance tracking, link building.
    • Own content updates for
    • Drive strategic analysis of SEO/SEM strategy
    • Provide conversion-focused analysis and planning of website strategy
    • Project manage the end to end process in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders from campaign planning, testing, and design, to reporting and measuring success through detailed data analysis
    • Broad demand generation expertise to be a utility player across the LeanTaaS demand generation team
    • Support demand gen managers in managing key partner channels and make smart investments to drive pipeline and engagement at key target accounts.
    • Support in execution of LeanTaaS outbound email marketing and other demand gen programs. Write, build and optimize emails, landing pages, social copy and more..
    • Optimize our demand generation funnel to drive pipeline cost-efficiently.
    • Partner with internal content teams and product marketing to strategize and execute on integrated marketing campaigns and rapidly test new channels
    • Support monthly reporting, work with marketing operations to generate and verify data and create charts 


    • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related fields or equivalent experience
    • 2-3+ years B2B experience with multi-channel marketing campaigns and a focus on digital/growth marketing including agency experience
    • Advanced certification and knowledge of all things SEO/SEM
    • Experience in working directly with SEO campaign management with proven results
    • Intermediate knowledge of web display languages (HTML, CSS)
    • Intermediate knowledge with marketing tools such as Salesforce, marketing automation - specifically Marketo AND Pardot/Hubspot, Google Analytics / Gsuite (Data Studio, Keyword Planner, etc) 
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Analytical thinker – you should like working with data, be able to create Salesforce reports with ease, enjoy measuring campaigns, and love to optimize.
    • Self-starter – you spot opportunities to make things better and take ownership over them.
    • Able to meet deadlines and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment.


    • Prior healthcare industry or SaaS company experience

The base salary range for this position is $50-$80K/year. The offered salary will reflect careful consideration of a number of factors, including work location, your skills and qualifications, prior relevant experience and internal equity.
