LeanTaaS is looking for a field event marketer to join the Demand Gen team who is dynamic, detail oriented, highly organized, and has a proven track record of executing effective event programs to hit engagement, pipeline and revenue goals.

    • Support event marketing manager on executing regional field events, hosted and sponsored conferences, and local dinners
    • Partner with Sales, BDR and demand gen teams on defined target setting, planning, and to ensure there is collaboration and clear communication between the teams.
    • Strategize, build and execute integrated field marketing campaigns that involve email marketing, direct mail marketing, and other channels 
    • Support the overall demand generation plan through all event, channel and prospects-centered activities, including events, webinars, roundtables, and more
    • Ensure field and channel programs are delivered on time, within budget, meeting ROI expectations/forecast
    • Regularly report against field activities in support of overall Marketing OKRs
    • Drive pre-event preparation and events follow up plan, work with marketing operations to build lead analysis and tracking


    • 1-2+ years of related field marketing or event management experience 
    • Able to travel 50% of the time
    • Comfortable in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous, working environment
    • Detail-oriented with a passion for creating order out of chaos
    • Possess high EQ to interface at all levels within the organization, as well as with customers
    • Self-starter – you spot opportunities to make things better and take ownership over them
    • Able to meet deadlines and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment


    • Prior healthcare industry or SaaS company experience
    • Bachelor degree

The base salary range for this position is $50-$80K/year. The offered salary will reflect careful consideration of a number of factors, including work location, your skills and qualifications, prior relevant experience and internal equity.
