We have an office in Charlotte, NC for employees who prefer to work regularly or occasionally from an office.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

    • Work closely with a subset of iQueue for Operating Rooms clients currently using a legacy platform to meet their business and workflow needs
    • Train employees holding various roles in client hospital organizations on application features, and serve as the subject-matter expert on the product 
    • Collaborate with hospital leadership teams and staff to grow relationships and demonstrate product ROI
    • Have a presence with C-suite and executive level leaders at our client hospital organizations to deliver key ROI successes and opportunities based on client goals through the use of iQueue for Operating Rooms
    • Serve as the first point of contact and problem solver for client issues, routing them to the correct internal team(s) when needed
    • Research client issues to develop actionable recommendations, and deliver a strategy to help meet users’ goals.  If needed, collaborate on issues with the appropriate internal team(s)
    • Lead client calls with healthcare staff, managers, directors, and executives to discuss goals and a path towards continued success
    • Educate healthcare staff, managers, directors, and executives on iQueue for Operating Rooms and benefits to adoption
    • Support planning activities and project management efforts in preparation for customers transitioning off legacy platforms to iQueue for Operating Rooms 
    • Create internal and external facing reports on client data, client health based on engagement within the application as client sentiment health
    • Act as a mentor for newly hired team members to ensure they have a successful onboarding for long-term success

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

    • Bachelor’s Degree in business, healthcare or a related field, or equivalent  (4+) years of related experience
    • 4+ years of experience in a client-facing role
    • 5+ years of experience working in health care (Perioperative department preferred)
    • Ability to travel 25-50% of the time
    • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills
    • Expertise in process improvement and change management 
    • Proficiency in MS Office, G Suite, and various analytics and tracking applications
    • Experience utilizing data analytics tools (i.e. SQL, Tableau, Excel) 
    • Ability to interpret data/metrics and make recommendations to improve client engagement and results
    • Proactive approach to client solutions, support, and guidance 
    • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, diverse, and evolving environment
    • Experience onboarding and supporting/mentoring new team members

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE

    • Experience working on healthcare products or with hospitals
    • Experience working with executive leaders
    • Master's Degree in business or healthcare
    • Experience working with various applications to monitor client health, questions, and engagement within the application.

$90,000 - $115,000 a year
The offered base salary will reflect careful consideration of a number of factors, including your location, skills and qualifications, prior relevant experience, internal equity and market conditions. This range may be modified in the future.
