As an Implementation Manager for our iQueue for Operating Rooms product, your primary focus will be leading the implementation of our product at customer sites to ensure a smooth, high-quality rollout and that the customer is well-positioned to achieve their operational goals. You’ll collaborate closely with customers to understand their operational needs, configure the product to meet those needs, and set them up for long-term success with a strong handoff to our Outcomes and Client Success teams. You’ll also work with internal teams—such as product, marketing, and sales—to ensure implementations are well-executed and scalable.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Drive operational transformation for our customers by deeply understanding their unique operational needs, configuring the product to support their workflows and operational goals, and applying data analysis and change management best practices
    • Independently manage customer implementations, take ownership of the account after a sales close and make sure that the product is configured correctly; this is an analytically intense process involving detailed data analysis, identifying key users, and ensuring all accounts are provisioned
    • Communicate technical requirements and ensure that customer IT and process teams clearly understand the data and setup needs for iQueue (as well as the transfer mechanisms)
    • Establish strong relationships with customer executives and other stakeholders, such as clinical operations and IT and serve as a trusted guide through the implementation phase
    • Lead change management efforts that require strong executive presence and active leadership buy-in to ensure successful adoption
    • Monitor progress throughout implementation to ensure customer readiness at go-lives; proactively resolve risks, blockers, or misalignments
    • Facilitate a seamless handoff to Outcomes and Client Success teams to ensure continuity and position the customer for long-term success and measurable impact post-launch
    • Refine vision and strategy by continuously educating inbound product managers on customer stories and pain points, and contributing detailed feature ideas to the product roadmap to ensure meaningful, measurable product impact
    • Support Sales and Marketing as a subject matter expert by sharing implementation stories or customer context where needed
    • Be willing to travel to customer sites up to 20-30% of the time

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

    • Bachelor's degree in health sciences, engineering, business administration, or related field, or equivalent years of related experience
    • 3+ years of professional experience in a client- or customer-facing role within the healthcare industry, with a thorough understanding of hospital operations. This could include healthcare management consulting, enterprise product management, or direct experience working for a health system
    • A background in mathematics/statistics, process improvement, implementation and/or healthcare
    • Experience working with C-suite executives or other high level leadership professionals
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills (how you write your resume and approach us is a good litmus test)
    • Strong project management skills, including managing multiple projects, coordinating cross functioning teams with dynamic deadlines
    • A maniacal obsession with customer happiness and success; you’re the type of person who will move mountains to solve problems and make people successful
    • Experience with data analysis using any tools: Excel/Tableau/other
    • Ability and willingness to travel to our customers

BONUS POINT IF YOU HAVE

    • Experience in working with perioperative environments
    • Experience working on healthcare products
    • Experience with data or analytics products
    • Experience working on enterprise software products implementations
    • A blog, article, or any published writing is a huge plus
    • Remote candidates in the Central Region are strongly preferred

WHAT YOU'LL GET

    • Intellectual and emotional satisfaction of solving tough operational problems in healthcare while improving patient access and saving lives!
    • Competitive compensation package that includes base salary, target bonus, and stock options
    • 401(k) Match
