Paragon One is a platform helping college students and recent grads land jobs through coaching and connections. We are seeking an Account Executive who will provide consultative sales for our premium coaching membership to students and recent graduates. We have seen over 200% annual growth and have a 97% success rate with students.

Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Manage inbound student sales leads and pipeline 
    • Provide an admissions-style consultative approach to sales 
    • Assess student needs and provide high-level career advice 
    • Build strong relationships with student leads 
    • Work closely with the executive and marketing team to refine Paragon One’s sales script 
    • Qualified leads and move them down the application pipeline towards a close 
    • Deeply understand product offerings to be able to explain how our solution will match a student's needs 
    • Achieve quarterly sales targets


    • We are based in NYC but open to remote candidates 
    • Experience selling educational products to parents and/or students 
    • Passion for career education 
    • Ability to provide consultative career advice to students 
    • Strong relationship-building skills 
    • Track record of hitting sales targets 
    • Preferred but not required: experience in admissions-style education sales
