To expand our visibility and ensure the success of our products, we are looking for an Affiliates Specialist (Intern) focusing on new strategies and methods to recruit and retain influencers and media in our Affiliates marketing program. Under the supervision of the Head of Growth Marketing, inside the Consumer Sales department, your role will consist in developing effective strategies and operations (inbound and outbound) to find new potential affiliates and scale Ledger Revenue on a full range of products and services being developed by the company (Hardware Wallet, Application, Services).

Start date: July/ August/ September 2024
The mission
- Increase affiliate revenue
- Grow the number of affiliates joining Ledger’s program from social media platforms as well as web3 top media websites
- Develop strong relationships with top affiliates by understanding their businesses, the priority they give to Ledger as affiliates, and why they are recommending Ledger products
- Work with the affiliate recruitment team to optimize the affiliates onboarding process
- Manage the relationship with our partners to improve our affiliate program
- Decrease churn and increase activation of affiliates
- Reporting and analyses
- Communicate results and recommendations based on data-driven analysis and align with internal teams to maximise impact: creative, product, sales, tech, as well as other team members in Marketing
- Quantify and prioritize high-impact opportunities with clear understanding of cost and revenue drivers
What we're looking for
- Former experience or strong Interest in growth marketing (B2C or B2B)
- Data-driven (Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheet)
- Strong Interest in Web3 (Cryptocurrency, Gaming, DeFi..)
- Strong interest in social media platforms (Youtube, Twitch, Tiktok, Discord, Telegram, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills and fluent in English
- Autonomous, rigorous and creative
- Any additional language is a plus
