About you: 

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to grow with Ledger as we rapidly scale. We are a fast growing company, who is growing globally and is driven by our mission to help clients cut carbon by empowering them with data.  As a Product Marketing Manager you’ll keep a pulse on our competitive landscape as well as our users, helping create go-to-market strategies and identifying areas of opportunity for Ledger. You can self-motivate and also are an expert collaborator and communicator- working closely across departments to execute initiatives successfully.   You’ll play a key role in supporting a major evolution of our SAAS product - working  closely with the head of Marketing to help translate competitor and customer-centered research insights into product decisions and clearly marketed messages. 

Responsibilities : 
-Cross functionally collaborate with PM, Design, Dev, Sales and Customer Service teams to successfully launch products with strong marketing messages that resonate with clients.
-Conduct competitive analysis and gather customer insight  to determine product positioning in the market
-Help develop and manage Product Marketing Plans for existing products, product enhancements and new product launches
-Assist in creation of Objectives/Key Results and tracking of Key Performance Indicators for the product marketing plans
-Create external and internal Messaging and Value Propositions
-Help manage the demand and execution of sales enablement collateral
-Assist with managing the relationship and information flow to our external PR and branding teams
Help manage social media platforms 

Qualifications
-4+ years of experience Great communication skills Experience creating product marketing collateralExperience conducting competitive analysis
-Love for data
-Ability to empathize from a customer’s perspective
Highly organized and creative self-starter with desire to own projects from start to finish
-Can clearly present ideas to internal and external stakeholders
-Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn a new, complex domain 
-Will require some travel

Bonus Skills and Qualities:
-Experience writing copy 
-Experience managing a professional social media account 
-Experience or interest in learning Agile methodology
-Passion for sustainability & learning more about GhG tracking and reporting
