An Average Day
You will manage your daily schedule and organize your route to complete several time-sensitive tasks such as, picking up and dropping off permits and materials to our external teams. You will also assist with small repairs and maintenance requests. You will use your communication skills along with Legacy’s software and systems to maintain up-to-date communications. You will make sure to complete all of your various types of administrative work, while maintaining your company vehicle and tools.
After one year, you will know you were successful if:
- You have kept the internal teams up-to-date, completed your administrative work on time, and kept your company vehicle and tools in good condition.
- You have built and maintained strong relationships with your teammates.
- You have demonstrated time management skills, strong attention to detail, punctuality, trustworthiness, and accountability, and you can follow directions well.
For this position you must be able to:
- You Must be able to maintain a valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
- You Must be able to move, set up, climb ladders, and lift at least 80 lbs.
- Maintain an understanding that working hours will vary depending on job volume and seasonality. Also, understand that you work some weekends.

- You have knowledge and experience with building materials.
- If you have one year of experience in construction.

$19.23 - $24.04 an hour
