Can you communicate appropriately both in scripted and non-unscripted environments, with the ability to have an impromptu and authentic conversation that builds rapport by focusing on each customer's specific needs?

An Average Day
From your home office throughout the day you will use your professional communication and listening skills to answer a variety of inbound/outbound sales calls, effectively and compassionately guiding customers and scheduling appointments. You will provide solutions to resolve customer complaints and concerns over the course of the call (applying persuasion techniques to influence as appropriate) - always presenting the most accurate product and service information. You will enter data into the system in real-time, editing for accuracy during the call.

After one year, you will know you were successful if:

    • You have maintained a professional  composure when actively asking customers for the sale
    • You have proven that you can respond to incoming e-mail correspondence in an articulate and comprehensible manner that enhances the overall customer experience
    • You have demonstrated a high level of integrity by doing the right thing every time
    • You have established rapport and credibility with customers and peers while using a pleasant voice and maintaining composure
    • You have used your excellent verbal and written communication skills to keep the financial team informed about progress or roadblocks

You will need these skills for our Call Center Scheduler position:

    • 3 - 5 years of Call Center experience in - Sales, Customer Service, Collections or Telemarketing
    • Ability to work in a face paced environment
    • Knowledge of computer and telephone systems - Microsoft and CRM
    • You Must be authorized to work in the United States
    • You Must be receptive to constant coaching and feedback
    • You Must be results and goal-oriented
    • You Must live in Illinois, Iowa, Colorado, Minnesota, Nebraska or Florida

Technical Requirements You Must Have:

    • High-speed internet (minimum of 100 Mbps download speeds)
    • Windows 10 or 11 operating system
    • I5 computer processor (i7 preferred) with 8GB of ram (12gm preferred)
    • Computer or Laptop with a camera and speakers
    • USB Headset
    • 2nd Monitor

You’re a particularly good fit for this position if:

    • You have an upbeat personality
    • The ability to persuade and educate customers on the benefits of Legacy products while closing the sale and scheduling their appointment
    • The ability to to read and utilize optional scripting in a conversational manner
    • You have job costing experience in the construction industry
    • Bilingual in English/Spanish

$15 - $15 an hour
Uncapped commissions based on agent performance ( number of appointments set, sales from appointments, metrics, QA scores, etc.).
Our Call Center Reps make (with commission) an average of $22/hour.
