As a Retail Project Consultant, you will help homeowners select the right top-quality roofing, siding and/or windows for their home. You will use exterior design software and quoting tools to help a client create the curb appeal of their dreams.

    • You love selling and exceeding sales goals.  
    • You have home services sales experience and/or exterior construction knowledge.

What we require of our Sales Reps:

    • Run up to 10 in-home sales appointments weekly, accompanied by many touches with the customer that include follow ups. 
    • Actively engage and sell customers home exterior solutions to homeowners that creates a great, 5 Star Experience.  
    • Actively collaborate with your peers and sales leaders through various avenues, including regular training.  
    • Be a Legacy Restoration brand ambassador by wearing company-branded apparel during business hours.  
    • Live our core values – everyday as a valued member of our team.  
    • You may have to work hours in the evening and at times on Saturdays as sales opportunities are created.  
    • This may require climbing a ladder, as such, you must have the ability to set up and climb a ladder and spend some time each day on your feet outside during various weather conditions.  
    • You must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation capable of carrying a ladder and other tools.

    • $70,000 Draw Base Salary + uncapped commission structure.  
    • $200 per month vehicle and / or fuel allowance. 
    • Sales representatives make $90,000 - $120,000+ in their first year.

Draw of $70000 with average earnings at $90K - $120K.
