Responsibilities:
- Handle all incoming customer calls, including service dispatching, tracking, and scheduling.
- Enter and maintain accurate customer information in computerized systems.
- Maintain customer files and provide necessary details to service technicians.
- Process work orders for salt and filter orders promptly and accurately.
- Schedule and follow up on annual maintenance customer accounts.
- Communicate effectively with customers to address concerns and ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with supervisors and other team members to resolve customer issues.
- Attend training sessions and meet performance standards consistently.
- Perform other duties as required or requested.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Patience and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Empathy and understanding of customer needs.
- Proficiency in computer systems and software.
