Position Overview:  As Market Leader, you’ll manage a multi-million-dollar P&L for your region, overseeing all departments. You will be responsible for the financial performance of the region and will work to grow your business organically and through strategic acquisitions. You will leverage LSP’s value creation playbook and other resources that enable the business to reach its full potential. Your responsibilities will include strategic direction, operational oversight and maintaining a positive and high-achieving culture. 

Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee all local functions including service, customer experience, marketing and people ops
    • Hold responsibility for P&L and balance sheet optimization
    • Identify, hire, develop and retain talent across all organizational levels
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, expand market share, and achieve financial objectives
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving operational efficiency
    • Champion a customer-centric approach and ensure exceptional service delivery
    • Adhere to and uphold compliance with applicable regulations, industry standards, and safety protocols per LSP guidelines  

Key Qualifications and Skills

    • 7+ years proven experience in a leadership role, preferably within the home service industry or a “team of teams” environment (e.g., military, manufacturing, logistics, field services, etc.)
    • Strong analytical skills with an ability to turn financial and operational data into actionable strategic insights
    • Effective leader capable of building and leading a winning team
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees, customers, and stakeholders
    • Proficiency in using technology and software systems to drive operational efficiencies.
    • Knowledge of ServiceTitan, a plus.

$130,000 - $150,000 a year
