We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst to join our team and play a central role in shaping the future of Lendbuzz by ensuring that decisions about what we build are guided by robust and accurate data insights. To drive product development and improvement, the product analyst will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to turn product goals into actionable metrics, improve product performance, identify opportunities, and make data-driven recommendations.
This position requires the employee to be based on the East Coast to ensure effective collaboration with our international office team and to meet specific operational needs
What is your day like:
- Collaborate with the product team to offer insights and build reusable or ad hoc data views that influence product strategy, design, and development
- Conduct deep-dive analysis to understand users’ pain points and their ah-ah moments and Identify new opportunities, and strategic data needs
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using SQL or scripting languages, providing real-time visibility into product performance
- Develop and evaluate the success metrics of product launches and the outcomes of A/B tests
- Monitor product and system performance during and after product launch
- Provide quality checks for analytics events and suggestions to amplify product insights
- Participate in agile software development, including design, implementation, and deployment
We’re Looking For Someone Who
- Is a SQL expert and is at ease wrangling large datasets: must be comfortable with using CTEs, window functions, etc.
- Has 5+ years practical experience in data analysis, statistics, and experimentation
- Has basic proficiency in Python and Git; experience with DBT is a plus
- Has demonstrated experience with BI platforms (e.g. Sigma, Tableau, PowerBI)
- Has strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills and a bias toward actionable insights
- Demonstrates strong communication, proactiveness, creativity, and prioritization skills
- Has a growth mindset and a team player
