We are looking for a Senior Manager, Product Design to join our dynamic team and drive the evolution of our product design landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and influential design culture
- Shape the design strategy for our flagship products, guiding brand development and feature ideation
- Develop scalable design processes and systems to support the growth of our design team
- Closely collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business leaders to ensure we identify opportunities and execute solutions
- Utilize your expertise in UX/UI design to enhance user experiences and streamline workflows
- Champion the implementation of design systems to maintain consistency and efficiency in product development
- Expertise in creating user-centric solutions tailored for complex workflow facilitation
Requirements:
- 7+ years of core professional design experience with 3-5 years of experience with managing product designers and leading cross-functional design initiatives
- Experience in developing and implementing design systems to drive design maturity and scalability
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated creativity and innovation in design leadership, with a focus on driving tangible results
- Passion for driving strategic initiatives and contributing to the overall success of the organization
- Familiarity with complex data visualization and making data-driven decisions to enhance user experiences
- Strong background in demonstrating strong human-centered design capabilities across a diverse range of projects, with proven and demonstrable UX / UI design work
