Responsible for the oversight over Lendbuzz's vehicle remarketing partnership team and correspondence with dealership partners that support the overall corporate goals of maximizing proceeds, reducing inventory turn time, and residual value loss mitigation. This role is fully remote and reports to our Director of Remarketing.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Operational oversight over all remarketing activities related to dealerships participating in Lendbuzz’s recourse/Partnership program:
    • - Transports
      - Key Requests
      - Generate and Distributing Sales agreements
      - Title Requests
      - Payment Remittance/Collections

    • Foster and maintain relationships with key dealership personnel both internal and external to Lendbuzz regarding inventory, delinquency and sales activity
    • Maintain inventory tracking of assigned and repossessed vehicles in Salesforce related to our partnership program
    • Identify and implement opportunities to improve process flow 

Experience/Skills:

    • Prior management experience, leading teams of at least five direct reports
    • Prior work and management experience in auto lending, auto remarketing, or automotive vendor management is required
    • Wholesale auto experience is a plus
    • Excellent relationship building skills
    • Ability to make critical business decisions that minimize losses & maximize proceeds
    • Experience owning performance KPIs and performance-managing a team through KPIs
    • Experience developing and utilizing data and reporting tools
    • Outstanding process mindset and operational workflow skills
