We seek a hands-on, highly skilled, and experienced IT system administrator in Tel Aviv. In this role, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day IT support to employees, managing IT systems and infrastructure, and ensuring a secure and reliable technology environment. You will play a critical role in keeping our workforce productive, while also helping scale and improve IT operations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line and second-line support to employees (hardware, software, network, accounts).
- Manage user onboarding/offboarding, including provisioning accounts, devices, and access.
- Manage a fleet of MacOS endpoints using Jamf MDM.
- Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems, including laptops (Windows/Mac), printers, and conferencing solutions.
- Administer SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Jira, etc.) and identity management systems (Okta, Azure AD, etc.).
- Monitor and maintain network equipment, Wi-Fi, and office IT infrastructure.
- Support IT security initiatives, including patch management, endpoint protection, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with Security and Engineering teams to improve IT processes and automation.
- Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and knowledge base.
- Assist in IT projects such as office expansions, new tool implementations, or system upgrades.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience as an IT System Administrator, IT Support Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Experience with Google Workspace, Meraki firewalls, and managing SaaS applications.
- Familiarity with networking basics (VPN, firewalls, switches, Wi-Fi).
- Experience managing SaaS tools and SSO/identity management platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Fluent in Hebrew and English.
Advantages (Nice to have but not must):
- Jamf 100/200/300.
- CCNA or equivalent certificate.
- Familiarity with security frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI).
- Experience with automation (scripting in Python, PowerShell, or Bash).
- Experience with IAM Policy manifests (in the public cloud for example).
- Collaborative approach, strong communication skills, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
