The Title Specialist is a critical role in our Operations team, focusing on the administrative aspects of registering our customers' vehicles while ensuring our vehicle liens are perfected and released in accordance with business and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate has exceptional organization and communication skills, with amazing attention to detail. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Boston-based team, with a primary focus on handling title releases to nationwide auctions and to our dealership partners after loan obligations are fulfilled.

This role will be in-person at our Boston office, which is very conveniently located right near South Station in the Financial District downtown. Our office amenities include a full-service coffee bar, a lounge and game room with beer and wine taps, and a fitness center.

Responsibilities

    • Partnering with our Titles, Remarketing, & Insurance teams to complete time-sensitive title releases from Lendbuzz to the relevant auctions or dealerships purchasing our vehicles
    • Facilitating customer, dealer and DMV follow-ups and issue resolutions regarding title releases
    • Processing lien releases in our online tools
    • Documenting lien releases in our CRM (Salesforce), notating relevant information about the status of the title release and its destination
    • Handling all title releases within our expected service levels to auctions and dealership partners
    • Maintaining best in class customer service when interacting with third-parties involved in title processing

Requirements

    • High attention to detail
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision
    • Enthusiasm and energy to contribute to and thrive in a rapidly growing start-up atmosphere
    • Work experience at an auto lender, car dealership, or DMV is considered a plus
    • 2+ years experience in an administrative and data entry role considered a plus
$50,000 - $53,000 a year

• Full-Time Position
• Required to be in-office 5 days/week; a commuting expense reimbursement is therefore provided as part of the compensation package
