Lead the daily management of financial transactions and ensure the efficiency of financial processes.

Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies, managing complex account reconciliations.

Record and categorize financial transactions, providing guidance during reporting processes.

Lead the preparation of monthly financial reports, ensuring high accuracy.

Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and internal policies, actively participating in audit processes.

Manage the processing of invoices, payments, and employee expenses, overseeing the approval processes.

Oversee accounting archiving processes and ensure proper documentation storage.

Manage bank transactions and reconciliations with third parties, analyzing complex financial data.

Manage and support the preparation of tax filings and audits.

As a senior accountant, mentor and guide less experienced team members, supporting their professional development.

Take a leadership role in ad-hoc tasks, contributing to high-level project management.

Managing the relationships with the governmental institutions such as TUIK and the banks.

Actively participate in the Month-End Closure activities by considering local tax laws and IFRS.

You have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).

You have 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance, with previous experience in a senior accountant role preferred.

You have strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to work with high precision.

You have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (SAP Business One or SAP S4 experience is a plus).

You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and report financial data strategically.

You have leadership and team management abilities, contributing ideas to improve financial processes within the organization.

You have experience in submitting E-Ledger
