Provide technical support to employees and tech users in letgo offices and car showrooms in Istanbul, İzmir and Ankara, resolving issues and inquiries promptly and effectively.

Manage and maintain network, system, software licences, IT Assets and regularly check and monitor their conditions and take necessary actions when needed.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems.

Conduct thorough root cause analysis and provide detailed documentation for issue resolution.

Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software and hardware systems.

Deliver exceptional customer service through clear communication and proactive problem-solving.

Perform regular maintenance and upgrades on hardware and software to ensure optimum performance and security.

Perform End-User Onboarding and Offboarding processes.

Maintain Mobile Lines

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Proven experience in a technical support role.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical users.

Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, MacOS), networking, CCTV and troubleshooting methodologies.

Experienced including but not limited to Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian Confluence & Jira.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
