What You Will Be Doing

Manage programmatic advertising from programmatic sales (PG/PD) to implementation and reporting
Monitor existing partnerships for changes in performance and opportunities for optimization
Manage new mediation partner onboarding processes end-to-end, from contract negotiation to full technical integration
Develop and execute innovative ad projects and custom creative solutions in collaboration with advertisers, agencies and internal teams
Daily / monthly / quarterly Programmatic reporting - using the partner platforms to maintain daily and monthly reporting views / dashboards and establish / integrate new partners into the reporting as we need
Leverage data insights to design, test, and optimize both new and existing ad units for improved performance and user experience
Manage revenue reporting and insights across all programmatic sources of revenue. Manage/update CPM floors for optimal yield
Analyze bid requests, response data at the platform and partner level to ensure all monetization partners are contributing value in the network auction as well as look for opportunities for additional yield
Provide recommendations on partner optimization as needed / requested
Review regular dashboards and reports, highlighting trends, fluctuations and opportunities based on data and connect fluctuations in data to market insights or ad serving updates
Analyze and implement new ad products for both programmatic and direct sales
Solve ad serving issues and other problems through data

You’ll Be Great For This Role If

Relevant experience in programmatic advertising and min 5 years of experience is a must,
Understanding of Ad Serving Ecosystem (Google Ad Manager, Looker Studio, Web Designer, DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, Exchanges, Networks and Ad Servers, etc.)
Strong technical knowledge and computer skills, proficient in the use of Microsoft Programmes.
Strong analytical skills to identify, monitor, analyze data & results.
Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to move, adapt easily & navigate between commercial, operational and product discussions
Exceptional attention to detail, consistently ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks and deliverables.
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment where multi-tasking and collaboration are critical
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
