Lead and guide the UI/UX and Product teams, setting clear goals and priorities

Define the overall product strategy and create product roadmaps

Translate user research, testing, and analytics into actionable insights for leadership

Continuously improve design and product development processes

Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, and other cross-functional teams

Mentor team members and support their professional growth and development

7+ years of experience in product management and/or UI/UX design

2+ years of proven experience in team leadership or people management

Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills

Deep understanding of the digital product lifecycle

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Preferably experience in the technology or e-commerce sector
