What You Will Be Doing

Champion a proactive, efficient, and accurate approach to collecting, maintaining, and updating employee data
Act as a superuser for HR systems, supporting system updates and improvements
Manage and coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth employee transitions and maintain up-to-date personnel files
Maintain documentation and records of letgo’s HR policies and procedures
Prepare attendance data, share it with the payroll consultant, verify payroll calculations, and process salary and private pension payments
Review and approve tax and social security declarations (Muhtasar-SGK), liaise with the accounting team, and prepare supplementary reports as needed
Monitor annual leave balances and generate monthly reports on seniority, turnover, and leave liabilities
Oversee occupational health and safety (OHS) processes
Manage compliance-related mandatory trainings (e.g., OHS, MASAK, ISMS)
Create and regularly update organizational charts
Handle operational employee needs such as visa documentation and related processes
Coordinate with external vendors involved in benefits administration (payroll consultants, meal card providers, private health insurance, fleet management, etc.) and review associated invoices
Ensure timely and accurate entry and removal of employee data in the HRIS system
Serve as the primary point of contact for complex employee and manager inquiries, offering resolutions in line with letgo’s policies and HR best practices
Provide guidance on labor law and employment-related matters, ensuring compliance and clarity
Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes by proposing ideas that enhance data integrity, standardization, and automation

You’ll Be Great For This Role If You Have

3–5 years of experience in HR operations or a related field
Strong knowledge of Turkish labor law (preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and general HR tech tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
A collaborative mindset with the ability to interact positively across all levels of the organization
