What You Will Be Doing:
Lead and evolve letgo’s overall brand strategy and positioning
Own the development and execution of 360° integrated marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, social, PR, and beyond)
Drive consistent brand storytelling and visual identity across all channels and customer journeys
Manage and collaborate with creative, media, and PR agenciesUse consumer insights, research, and data to inform strategic brand decisions
Build and mentor a high-performing brand marketing team
Partner closely with Product, Growth, Communications, and Leadership teams to ensure brand alignment across the business
Monitor and report on brand performance metrics and campaign results
Manage, mentor, and coordinate the brand marketing team to ensure high performance and collaboration
You’ll Be Great For This Role If:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
8+ years proven experience in brand management or related roles, preferably in e-commerce sector and 4 years in teammanagement.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing techniques, and online consumerbehavior.
Results-oriented with a track record of driving measurable business impact.
