Work closely with law enforcement team to resolve incidents

Work on requests from Turkish Law Enforcement agencies related to complaints they receive from letgo customers

Assist Law Enforcement team with manual review query results for data sharing

Collaborate with legal team

Ensure compliance with SLA for this process in case of resolution

Ensuring that our policies safeguard, the safety of our users and that our processes are optimal

Ensuring legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to letgo

Coordinating with supervising departments for timely management of content that violates our regulations.

 

Preferably knowledge of SQL and be able to make slight modifications on pre-existing SQL queries

Preferably knowledge of Content Moderation / Content Reviewing experience.

Sound business judgement and comfort with ambiguity

Demonstrated critical thinking and analysis, with strong attention to detail

Good knowledge of word, google docs, office, excel and similar programs

Good organisation skills
