As our Customer Success Intern, you will be at the crossroads between the Sales Team and the Customer Support Team—your job is a hybrid between these two departments.
You will be the last link in the sales chain and at the same time, you will be the first in the customer support chain.
Winning new clients is not easy but keeping them satisfied is a real challenge.
We are currently growing and we need an intern for the sales team to help satisfy our clients’ growing needs.
Your main tasks will be as follows:
- Help the customer success manager (CSM) take care of our clients by listening to their needs and claims—on the phone or in person.
- Assist our CSM to configure the application.
- Offer new features to our clients and advise them on how to optimise their usage of the APROPLAN app by tracking their use.
- Last but not the least, you will be the link between LetsBuild and our users.

To be successful at LetsBuild, you need to master the following qualifications:
- Fluent in French and/or Dutch with proficiency in English (any other language is a plus).
- Passionate for customer service and helping others.
- Great communication skills with very good empathy towards users.
- Good analytical skills as you will have to quickly understand our users’ needs.
- Comfortable to speak with both decision makers and business users.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented.

- IT affinity, experience with SaaS is a plus.
- Construction industry knowledge is a big plus.
