Requirements
- Prepare MIS
- Process payroll and reimbursements
- Track & complete routine compliance/filings
- Collaborate with third parties to complete non-routine compliances/filings
- Prepare Invoices & track receivables
- Ensure that the company stays ready for due diligence at all times
- Lead any due diligence efforts
- Manage captable
- Work with the sales team to prepare forecasts
- Track & plan team resourcing
- Hire additional resources as needed
- Any other stage-appropriate financial responsibilities
