Position Overview
We are searching for a B2B professional who is passionate about leveraging technology to solve intricate problems and assist enterprises in transitioning to tech-driven solutions for scaling their businesses. In this role, you will be driven by the desire to address critical challenges faced by our customers, directly impacting their quality and compliance requirements. This presents a unique opportunity for a proactive closer with a self-starter mentality to capture business and market share by actively enhancing the quality and compliance standards of our existing customers.

Responsibilties

    • Be the primary sales driver and take all necessary steps to identify, engage, negotiate, and close significant deals with leading pharmaceutical companies worldwide.
    • Demonstrate proven consultative sales solution skills, including the ability to discover pain points, offer hands-on solutions tailored to identified pain points, and articulate a clear return on investment.
    • Develop a fundamental understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory challenges and solutions. Stay updated on industry news and trends, and understand how they impact Leucine’s customers and prospects.
    • Generate velocity to deliver a predictable book of business through strong account planning and execution skills.
    • Possess the ability to influence C-Level executives across both IT and business units.
    • Enable the champion and buyer throughout the sales cycle by thoughtfully addressing key stakeholders in the buyer journey while navigating organizational complexities.
    • Collaborate with various internal teams such as Customer Success, Solutions, Product, and Marketing to drive sales execution.

Qualifications

    • Demonstrate proven consultative sales solution skills, including the ability to discover pain points, offer hands-on solutions tailored to identified pain points, and articulate a clear return on investment.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to leverage a consultative approach to drive positive outcomes for clients.
    • Experience range of 3 to 7 years of successful software and services sales or consulting experience.
