Our Series A was led by Greenspring Associates with participation from new and existing investors including First American, NFX, Canaan, JLL Spark, Capital One Bank, ANIMO Ventures, Ludlow Ventures

As a Senior Manager on our BizOps team, you’ll be a founding member of the function that’s solving for Lev’s most pressing business challenges. You will be the primary point of contact for our leadership team on critical questions related to Lev’s short, medium and long-term success. In this capacity, we’ll look to our Senior Manager to seamlessly shift between being a thought leader, thought partner, and a diligent executer.

What You'll Do

    • Manage end-to-end cross-functional projects using a combination of data, context, and business judgment to get to the right answer
    • Execute on both long term transformations and short term optimizations to help Lev best execute on goals
    • Coordinate company strategic goal setting and engage across product, sales, marketing and capital markets to execute
    • Incubate and help run new teams and functions
    • Partner directly with the executive team to bring our Board, current investors, and future investors along on the ride

What You Bring

    • 5-8+ years experience working in consulting, business operations or sales operations
    • Experience interacting with and influencing senior leadership
    • A problem-solving mentality, both analytical and creative problem solving
    • A disposition where you run toward hard problems
    • The ability to ruthlessly prioritize
    • An appreciation that strategy is only as impactful as its execution and follow-through
    • A one-team attitude: you help your teammates be successful even if it means stepping outside of your JD
    • An understanding of when to lead and when to be a team player
    • Openness to feedback and hunger to get better
