Supervisors ensure Next Level Hospitality and operational excellence, embodying the Level99 concept. They foster guest and team relationships, ensuring the Entertainment Team surpasses productivity and quality goals while maintaining a fun, safe environment. A working position, Supervisors can jump in to work any entertainment role as needed. A successful Supervisor is a proactive leader, coach, and guest advocate who embodies honesty, integrity, and humility.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prioritizes the guest experience, displays Next Level Hospitality, answers questions from guests, enforces guest safety, and provides playful and informative interactions with Players
- Demonstrates responsibility and support for the upkeep, maintenance, cleanliness, and operations of the entertainment side of the venue
- Leads shift changes and ensures the Entertainment Team is up to date on changes to policies and procedures through daily pre-shift meetings
- Provides authentic, fun, approachable, and humble interpersonal interactions and shows up on time daily to provide best-in-class service to our players
- Assists with training and development of Team Leads, ensuring incoming Team Leads are aware of and well-prepared for the responsibilities of their role, while overseeing the training and development of Hospitality/Sales Associates
- Provides management team with time sensitive or urgent feedback that needs immediate action regarding staff, facility, and guests
- Sets and drives daily, weekly & monthly shift goals for the Entertainment team
- Continuously upholds Level99 brand and visual standards across all parts of the business, including product, experience, display standards, as well as environmental cleanliness and organization
- Assists with operations, including shift tasks and sidework, POS functions, Account Creation, hands-on guest service, proper facilities upkeep, and daily cleaning
- Ensures and prioritizes guest safety within the venue, inclusive of entertainment safety, continuously monitors and communicates any noticeable risks to guest’s health and responds to guest injuries
- Demonstrates excellent sales, cash handling and POS skills, while actively greeting and pitching guests on Level99
- Other duties as assigned
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Highly organized with strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail
- High integrity and professionalism
- High School education or equivalent
- Understands, utilizes and embraces new technology and its implementation into our operation
- A positive, joyful, upbeat and energetic attitude – leading by example
OTHER DESIRABLE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 1+ years experience working as a leader/manager in high-volume entertainment or food & beverage business
- Relevant Education: B.S. in Hospitality Management, or other related degree
- CPR/AED/First Aid Certified
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which will include days, nights, weekends and holidays
- Able to work eight hour-plus shifts, plus ability to stand, sit, squat or walk for extended periods of time, walk up and down stairs
- Able to grasp, reach overhead, push, lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced, ever changing work environment
$19 - $20 an hour
