Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and creative Digital Marketing Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for various online and offline content. The Digital Marketing Designer will work closely with our marketing director and product teams to ensure our brand is represented consistently and effectively across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Create visual content for lead generation campaigns — including ads, lead magnets, organic posts, and more
- Design content for LinkedIn and Facebook, including carousels, quote graphics, stat visuals, and reels/short-form formats (with support on copy)
- Build and design landing pages using tools like Webflow, Leadpages, or Elementor — applying strong UX and conversion design principles
- Collaborate with our Copywriter to bring blog posts, guides, and downloadable assets to life visually
- Work with the Marketing Director to translate campaign strategy into visuals that support different funnel stages (awareness, consideration, conversion)
- Create or edit short-form videos and motion graphics for use across paid or organic channels
- Own the LevelUp visual brand — maintaining consistency while raising the creative bar
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in a content marketing or design-focused role
- Strong skills in visual storytelling, conversion design, and content repurposing
- Confident using tools like Figma, Canva, Webflow, Elementor, Adobe Suite, etc.
- Experience designing and implementing landing pages with a focus on performance and user flow
- A solid grasp of organic content strategy — you know what works on LinkedIn and Meta, and how to design for engagement
- Ability to work independently, fast, and with strategic intent — we don’t micromanage here
- Bonus: Ability to edit short-form video (Reels, Meta ads, testimonials, etc.)
- (Nice to have) Experience with basic analytics or A/B testing tools to inform design iteration

- Work Schedule: Dayshift, Monday - Friday, 3PM to 12AM PHT
