Position Overview

We are searching for a hands-on systems leader who will own and optimise the technology that powers our client’s Sales and Customer Experience teams. You will be the in-house expert for the GTM tech stack, ensuring every integration, workflow, and automation runs smoothly so reps can focus on revenue-generating activities. From resolving day-to-day user issues to designing forward-thinking enhancements, you will elevate productivity across the entire customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

    • Manage the administration and optimization of sales and customer success systems (e.g. Salesforce, customer success platforms, outreach tools), ensuring data integrity, workflow efficiency, and actionable reporting dashboards.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for sales and CX system questions, incidents, and feature requests.
    • Improve lead management, routing, and follow-up processes to shorten response times and maximise conversion.
    • Build and maintain scalable automations using native platform features or iPaaS solutions such as Zapier or Workato.
    • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and CX leaders to identify friction points, propose solutions, and drive implementation projects.
    • Partner with Enablement to deliver onboarding and ongoing training on systems best practices.
    • Monitor system usage, licence allocation, and performance metrics; surface insights and recommendations to leadership.
    • Maintain clear documentation of architecture, integrations, and change management processes.
    • Stay current on emerging RevOps tools and AI-driven capabilities that can unlock efficiency or new insights.

Qualifications

    • 5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Systems roles supporting SDR, Sales, or Customer Success teams
    • Proven Salesforce Administrator experience and certification.
    • Hands-on expertise with sales engagement and automation platforms.
    • Demonstrated success troubleshooting user issues and translating requirements into scalable workflows.
    • Familiarity with data enrichment, lead scoring, and attribution concepts.
    • Solid understanding of API-based integrations and data flows between systems.
    • Experience organising or leading small project teams, with strong prioritisation and stakeholder-management skills.
