Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Facebook Ads Strategist to drive impactful campaigns and contribute to our clients’ success. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing Facebook Ad campaigns across a variety of clients, from ad implementation and creation through to ongoing optimization and performance reporting. You should be comfortable handling all aspects of digital advertising, including account setup, ad creation, optimization, audience targeting, and analytics.
Key Reponsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Planning:
- Develop, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads to meet clients' objectives.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with clients to understand business goals and translate them into campaign strategies.
- Ensure campaigns meet target KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.) through continuous A/B testing and optimization.
- Create and manage various ad formats (e.g. carousel, video, dynamic ads) to align with client objectives.
- Budget & Resource Management:
- Manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROI, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across campaigns.
- Monitor pacing and spend to ensure campaigns stay within budget and deliver expected outcomes.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, identifying trends and insights to clients and stakeholders.
- Track key metrics and provide detailed performance reports, highlighting opportunities for improvement.
- Leverage Facebook Pixel data to track user behavior on websites (e.g., page views, purchases, and form completions) to optimize campaigns and retarget high-value audiences.
- Use tools like Facebook Pixel and conversion tracking to assess the impact of campaigns on business objectives.
Skills & Experience
- Facebook Ad Campaign Experience:
- Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Facebook ad campaigns across various industries.
- Strong understanding of how to set up, manage, and optimize campaigns using Facebook’s ad platform.
- Ability to install and configure the Facebook Pixel to track key actions on websites (e.g., purchases, sign-ups) and leverage this data for campaign optimization and audience targeting.
- Proven track record of managing successful campaigns with measurable results, such as improving ROI or meeting client KPIs.
- Advertising Experience:
- Experience with different ad formats, including video, carousel, and dynamic ads.
- Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling ad copy.
- Familiar with A/B testing to continuously improve ad performance by testing different creative elements, targeting strategies, and copy.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients, stakeholders and team members.
Schedule
- Full-time, 8-hour shifts (40 hours/week).
- Monday to Friday, 11pm - 8am (Philippines Standard Time)
